Computer Programmer
Beckard Associates is looking for a Business Basic programmer to maintain and improve our in-house management and distribution software as well as to make the necessary modifications to meet the needs of our customers. The Masterworks suite is currently written in Thoroughbred Basic.
The applicant should know web programming languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for integrating Masterworks with eWorks, our web based software. eWorks is written in Perl.
Experience with Business Basic: 3 Years or more.
Language: Speak, read and write English
Specific Skills:
- Write, modify, integrate and test thoroughbred business basic code.
- Maintain existing computer programs by making modifications as required.
- Identify and communicate technical problems, processes, and solutions.
- Write, modify, integrate and test software code for e-commerce and other internet applications.
Computer/Technology Knowledge:
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux / CentOS
- Programming languages
- Software development
- Database software

Salary: $35,000 to $70,000
